their IT department, or help supplement their current IT
capabilities. Specific areas of focus include helping with key
technology hires, creating and formulating strategic initiatives, helping
with complex technology issues or simply as a sounding board to validate
executive assumptions or hypotheses.
Customized programs that involve a more hands-on and
immersive approach can also be developed based on a clients specific
