Prior to the commencement of any billable activities, we work in partnership with you and your team to measure the true financial and business benefits of taking on a specific IT project. From this initial analysis we are able to gain two key points of knowledge; What do we stand to gain from taking on this endeavor, and what are the criteria for success in this project.

Delivering Upon a Promise

		In successfully completing project after project, we have found the biggest concern clients have is of escalating or unknown project costs and schedules. A traditional time-and-materials basis offers the client very little protection from these risks, and actually encourages a consultant to increase the amount of billable activity.
BrightPoint Consulting takes a refreshing approach to this concern and actually prefers to work on a value-driven or fixed fee basis whenever possible.

Through our experience in delivering numerous and complex IT solutions we have a deep understanding of all the complexities associated in designing and delivering an IT solution. We have first hand experience with the situations that can arise to drive a project over-schedule or over-budget. By working with a client to define the criteria of success up front, and then designing the delivery of the solution in a way to minimize budget and scheduling risks we are able to offer our projects on a fixed fee basis. In this arrangement, both the client and the consultant are able to work together towards a common goal - a successful project completed on time and on budget.
